COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to specific Joel Gray Photography customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information.
This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.
SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support inquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
JOEL GRAY PHOTOGRAPHY takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organizations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of calculating visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. JOEL GRAY PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A non-refundable deposit from $50 - $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your date & session, The remainder is payable 3 days prior to your session.
(If you are purchasing a MINI SHOOT payment is required in full before or on the day)
This ensures your date will be held exclusively for you and we don’t have to talk money on the day of your session.
- Re-scheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that we can rearrange our schedule. One re-scheduled shoot per client is accepted.
- If a cancellation needs to be made due to weather issues, we will find a date that works best for both of us as soon a possible.
- Cancellations may result in a wait of 6 weeks or longer.
Should you not be happy with the images on once you have received your final images - It is our policy that we re-shoot the images at a time and place suitable for both client and photographer to try to rectify any issues there may be.
NOTE: Should the photo-shoot amount be lower than $150 - It is at our sole discretion to refund you as cash or give you credit to use for a later time or as a gift voucher. I personally would like you to be happy with your images. For some reason this is not possible - and a re-shoot is out of the questions. I would rather refund you (as cash or with a credit) than you be unhappy with my service.
WHAT DOES 'UNLIMITED PHOTOS' MEAN WHEN IT SAYS I WILL RECEIVE 20 IMAGES?
If you have done your homework, most Photographers charge you $150-$300 to just take your images. Because I choose to stand out from the crowd I do things a little differently.
Then have you fluff around for a 'sitting' to come and view the photos so you can purchase what you would like to buy. That's fine. But if you are time-poor like almost all of the people I know who have busy lives, you just want the photos! - and skip the 'viewing'
I dont stop taking photos until I am satisfied I have enough variation of images so as to at least provide you with a minimum number of photos after the day.
If you have been promised 25 images - Then you will get a minimum of 25 images. In most cases much more. I believe word of mouth is the best advertising - and when I personally receive more than expected at a FAIR price - I tell people - and my customers do too.
Every photographer that is taking photos are learning more with every shot, growing as an artist and retail service provider.
WHAT IS A MINI-SHOOT?
A mini-shoot is just that - it's a smaller version of a larger shoot. Typically a mini-shoot may be from 10 mins to 1 hour.
For a mini-shoot the price is generally significantly reduced and the amount of 'minimum' images provided is reduced.
A mini-shoot only usually allows one 'look' - meaning one outfit with no changes and one location - although I firmly believe in providing the best customer experience I can and will endeavour to go above and beyond my client expectations wherever necessary.
